Dr Z received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. He attained a Master's degree from Indiana University South Bend while in residency, and he earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in 2002. He is committed to his patients, and he will use his DOL and OWCP medical expertise to help you along your path to health!

Dr Zac is a certified DOL and OWCP doctor. He did is undergraduate studies at IUSB and IUPUI, and he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2016 from Life University in Georgia. He has been treating patients professionally in the South Bend area at multiple clinics over the last 7 years. He looks forward to helping each patient achieve their own optimal health goals!

Camelia is our case manager, and she will help each patient step-by-step along the entire process of getting appropriate documents filled out, appointment scheduling, and answer any questions. She is a resource that will help each patient reach their optimal improvement, and help the entire process to flow smoothly!
